A beautiful 15th Century country Inn, full of character, located on Smarts Hill in the picturesque village of Penshurst.
We are located just six miles from Royal Tunbridge Wells and close to local tourist attractions such as Penhurst Place and Hever Castle.
Whether you visit in summer, and sit on our terraced patios located at the front and rear of The Spotted Dog, or sit by a roaring log fire in the winter. We have a varied menu, excellent wine list and locally brewed real ale.
The Spotted Dog is now under new business ownership and Cheryl, Nick, Jacqui and Arthur welcome you. Matthew our new head chef is making the most of fresh food and our new menu changes regularly.
